Things that caught our eye this week
As the financial and customer service industries continue to evolve, key organizations are making strides to enhance efficiency, security and innovation. CCW Digital's latest guide explores strategies for empowering modern customers, while BR-DGE's new white paper sheds light on optimizing multi-acquirer payment setups. Meanwhile, Nacha has appointed its 2025 Board of Directors to guide the ACH Network's continued growth, and ATMIA is preparing for a March webinar focused on the role of cash in merchant payments.
BR-DGE offers insights for multi-acquirer payments landscape
BR-DGE, the payment orchestration provider focused on transaction connectivity, launched a new white paper titled How to Keep Your Customers in a Multi-Acquirer World. The report offers practical guidance for merchants and payment providers navigating today's increasingly complex payments ecosystem.
With businesses expected to support multiple payment methods beyond traditional card transactions, BR-DGE's paper highlights the benefits and challenges of multi-acquirer setups. While these setups offer greater flexibility and resilience, they also introduce fragmented systems and higher costs. The guide explains how payment orchestration platforms streamline connectivity, helping merchants efficiently manage multiple providers.
The report includes perspectives from industry leaders, such as Mastercard, PSE Consulting, Flagship Advisory Partners and Computop, and provides actionable strategies for businesses looking to optimize transaction routing, control costs, and scale globally without sacrificing local payment preferences.
"In a complex and often overwhelming multi-acquirer world, merchants are tackling fragmented tech stacks alone," said BR-DGE CEO Thomas Gillan. "With this white paper, we're sharing our expertise to help businesses unlock transformational growth opportunities through payment orchestration."
