Prepaid Press Expo 2011 opens show

On Aug. 16, the Prepaid Press Expo 2011 opened the exhibit hall at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. The theme of the convention is convergence, as reflected in the wide range of companies attending the show, including representatives from wireless, calling card, loyalty, mobile payments, gift card and prepaid debit card providers.

Industry leaders from Boost Mobile Inc., InComm and Discover Financial Services will deliver keynote addresses. Presenters from other prepaid companies, including American Express Co., Network Enhanced Telecom LLP (doing business as NetworkIP), Mercator Advisory Group, Lunex Telecom, IDT Corp. and nFinanSe Inc. The conference sessions began Monday and run through Wednesday, Aug. 17.

The Exhibit Hall, which will be open 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesday and 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, features over 60 exhibitors to provide information on a spectrum of prepaid card products and services. To learn more about the convention, go to www.prepaidpressexpo.com .
