While formerly running an ISO, Akhrin discovered a lack of reliable business management tools tailored for the payments industry. The void compelled him to base a developer team at his Brooklyn, N.Y., headquarters to create a set of flexible, easy-to-use CRM tools to better organize the ISO back office. Today, the company is composed of a diverse team of executives, engineers, sales, and service members with over 40 years of combined industry experience.

IRIS considers it an atypical CRM platform, because it was created with detailed knowledge of the industry's processes for tracking leads, calculating residuals and working with multiple processing networks.
