Fitzsimmons, who formerly held leadership positions at Cynergy Data, First Data and Concord EFS, and JPMorgan, joined Talus Pay in 2020. Through the years, Talus Pay has grown organically as well as through acquisitions, which include Granite Payment Alliance, LTD Merchant Services, Merchant Bank Partners, MSP Consulting, Philadelphia Processing, Prolific Business Solutions, ValuPlus Merchants Association and the merchant portfolio of City National Bank. These strategic acquisitions enabled the company to grow revenue, diversify and attract talent while migrating its portfolio to higher volume merchant accounts, Fitzsimmons stated.
