#dcf_In conjunction with National Payroll Week (Sept. 5 to 9, 2011), Javelin Strategy & Research and NACHA - The Electronic Payments Association published a study that details how Generation Y employees receive their pay. Gen Yers - defined in the report as people born in 1979 or later - prefer direct deposit to paper checks. However, when Gen Yers are segmented into three tech adoption-based subcategories (early adopters, cautious adopters and laggards), interesting dynamics emerge.
