Lead management tailored for ISOs, MLSs
Las Vegas-based Lead Tracking Systems LLC has introduced a lead management system specifically for the merchant services industry. A simplified, six-section dashboard is designed to enable users to navigate the day-to-day process of developing prospects into merchant customers.

LTS segmentation is designed to simplify all levels of user experience and provide essential information to facilitate lead tracking. The LTS dashboard layout separates the most frequently used lead management tasks into six distinct groups: manage users, manage leads, marketing tools, calendar, lead generator and account statistics.
While all users can access an interactive calendar to follow up and view account statistics in real-time, each section can be structured with customizable permission levels to enable different categories of users to focus on their core competencies, for example:
- Merchant level salespeople (MLSs) can view their assigned leads, enter newly created leads, update status, and use a variety of targeted marketing tools.
- Managers can set up new users and view all activity from their portal, where they can assign leads, sort activities, and view and update individual lead status.
- Sales administrators have a macro view of all activities, the ability to manage existing users and set up new users, use marketing tools, and view reporting for all users. Referral partners can manage leads, create new leads, and check status.
Additionally, Horvitz stated that Lead Tracking Systems has just released a new edition and is committed to continuous process improvement based on customer feedback and changing market requirements. Private white-label versions for ISOs are also available.
