How do I set up my business?
I’m new to merchant services, new to sales, and as a merchant level salesperson, I’m a new business owner, too. Previously I worked in customer service positions as an employee. My ISO gave me excellent training and resources on getting started in sales and recommended The Green Sheet as a great source of information and advice on the payments industry, as well as sales tips. Do you have any resources on best practices for small businesses? I need everything from soup to nuts.
