Global financial executives weigh-in on payment trends
Corporate payments solutions provider WEX Inc. commissioned Zogby Analytics to conduct its annual survey to gauge global payment trends, which this year involved more than 900 chief financial officers and senior financial executives from across the United States, Europe and Asia/Oceana.
Among the trends spotted, e-payable acceptance experienced notable increases. "The survey findings support our belief that the e-payables industry and trend is showing no signs of deceleration, and new technologies are key to delivering faster, more secure payments and settlements to companies," said Jay Dearborn, president of WEX Corporate Payments.
