Isaacman mentioned that SkyTab enhances Shift4's technology suite by providing additional benefits to hotels, resorts and solution providers, including the following:
- Accept all payment types: SkyTab accepts EMV cards, NFC, mobile payments and traditional swiped card transactions.
- Split tabs and digital receipts: SkyTab supports split checks, tip adjustments, e-receipts and printed copies via an integrated printer.
- Pay-at-table, order-at-table: SkyTab waitstaff can order and reorder drinks, appetizers and assorted menu items from the device. Guests can check out directly on the device.
- Satisfaction surveys: SkyTab prompts restaurant patrons during checkout to rate their service. Ratings that fall below a predetermined threshold will alert management, enabling business owners to promptly resolve concerns and avoid negative online reviews.
- Customer analytics: SkyTab's e-receipt capabilities automatically populate restaurant customer databases, enabling owners to personalize future email marketing and loyalty campaigns.
- Back-end management: SkyTab can be integrated with Shift4's Lighthouse Business Management System, providing access to the company's back-end POS management and reporting portal.
- Optimized connectivity: SkyTab provides Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity.
- Integration options: SkyTab is compatible with multiple leading POS brands, including Harbortouch, POSitouch, Restaurant Manager, FuturePOS, Oracle Hospitality and Jonas Club Software.
