How can I obtain back issues of The Green Sheet?

Thank you for your interest in The Green Sheet. We are unable to store back issues of our publications for the purpose of fulfilling requests such as yours. We do, however, have all of our issues from 2004 forward archived online in PDF and HTML formats.

Do you have any information on how MLSs get paid. I'm new to the industry, and I'm not sure my current deal is the best I can do.

You're in luck because Jason Felts' Street SmartsSM column in this issue covers that very subject. Entitled "MLS compensation options," it describes six typical MLS payment programs and highlights the advantages and disadvantages of each.
His article also features a sidebar containing several frequently asked questions about MLS compensation.
