I
know that you have already read something, somewhere, that includes a
quote from Lee Iacocca on some aspect of business. As you probably
realize, if you have read my book Good
Selling, I like such quotes. A specific
quote concerning the difference between what Lee did
to succeed and what he would tell others
to do to succeed, I think is worth
including here for your consideration.
When
asked what he did to become successful, Iacocca he answered, “I waited
62 years.” However, when asked how to become successful, he answered,
“Get an education, learn as much as you can about your field, and for
God’s sake, do something!”
2000
could be your year to make a real difference in your income. But it will
require you to get out on the street earlier, and stay there a little
longer.
