NOVA recently changed its ANB Bankcard Sales Center Program.
NOVA is a PMT affiliate; PMT is the successor to Money Transfer
Systems, Inc. (MTSI). PMT is
terminating the existing solicitation agreements with MTSI effective

Superior Court of California, County of Sonoma, has ordered a
Judgment in favor of CrossCheck, Inc. against GPST, Inc., in
the amount of $57,326.00.
National Data Corporation has formed a two-year transaction
processing agreement with U. S. Wireless Data. NDC eCommerce will
offer wireless, high-speed credit card authorization services utilizing
U.S. Wireless Data’s Wireless Express Payment Service to new and
existing merchants of NDC eCommerce through its network of banks
