Envoy Buys NEIC

ENVOY announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of National Electronic Information Corporation (NEIC), one of the nation's largest processors and clearinghouses for electronic health care transactions.

The stockholders of NEIC received an aggregate of $86.2 million in cash for the Common Stock of NEIC.
