Is Your Office TeleSelling?
A massive shortage of knowledge-workers is predicted through the
year 2000. The term knowledge worker has become a catch-phrase in the
TeleSales and Telemarketing marketplace according to
Teleprofessional Magazine, an industry publication.
Knowledge-worker is a term referring to an individual whose main
value is their ability to gather, analyze and disseminate
information.
This is probably an accurate description of what TeleSales agents
are engaged in. The point? Keep them happy and on your phone lines.
They are a valuable commodity and their scarceness will make them
even more precious. Don't lose them to your competition, that will
make your job even harder.
Good Selling!SM
