Peterson Bank of Chicago Changes Processor
Chicago, Illinois based Peterson Bank announced reaching an agreement with Data Transfer Associates of Des Plaines, IL on their bank card processing services, and a concerted marketing effort to all present and future Peterson Bank commercial customers.
Peterson Bank currently operates a main and motor banking facilities in the Chicago market with extensive personal and commercial banking services. The agreement allows for Peterson Bank to offer greatly expanded bankcard processing services to their commercial banking customers in the retail, mail/telephone order, manufacturing, distribution, and vendor markets.
Data Transfer Associates is a division of sixth-ranked PMT Services (NASDAQ) and is a registered agent for National City Bank/NPC of Louisville, KY. Data Transfer operates as an Independent Sales Organization payment processor, and a hardware and software distributor.
According to Ken Hager, Marketing Manager for DTA, "Data Transfer is continuing to help banks like Peterson provide a higher level of service to their commercial and merchant accounts."
