This story has yet a different angle on ATMs, as it reports on both the growth of mobile ATMs, and reflects upon the opportunity to make money selling such devices, or of you being an operator of special events equipment.

You're probably most familiar with the "bread and butter" units. These are the inexpensive, stationary ATMs which are suited for the steady, moderate volume retail stores.
But, what about the more than 30,000 special events scheduled nationwide this year? WinTech cites statistics that state that ATMs capture 1-2 percent of an event. Bus ATM: With an overall length of 20 feet, this unit offers the most powerful marketing tool. Standard equipment includes customized interior and exterior, security system, enhanced cellular communications, roof mounted air conditioner and one or two ATMs. PRICE: $118,895- $156,595.
