Free Legal Advice
There may be times when you need a simple but legal agreement and
don't have the money (or time) to consult a lawyer. Until now, you
had two choices: spend the money and consult an attorney or save the
money and risk making mistakes.
Now there are resources on the net that can help you draft legal
documents that are simple and valid. One such site is Lectric Law
Library. The library includes forms for common procedures such as
sale of goods, demand for payment, and employment applications as
well as consultant and sales rep agreements.
Access the site at http://www.lectlaw.com and click on "The Rotunda"
and then "The Forms Room" and finally, "Business & General
Forms."
The site is a little dense but may be worth spending some extra
time exploring the other areas of Lectric Law such as "The Reference
Room" and "The News Room."
