We keep coming up with new
ways to access money without having to enter a bank. Total Pay
Management Inc., a California-based payroll-processing company, is
offering Goleta National Bank's Electronic Paycheck
card.
With the card, employers can
pay their workers electronically, regardless of whether the employee
has a banking relationship or not, by providing the workers with
access to ATM and point-of-sale networks to access their cash.
Currently, Lucky Stores, Inc., accepts the card in its 224 Southern
California stores where customers can use the card for purchases and
receive cash back, free of transaction charges.
Electronic Paycheck LLC, the
bank's subsidiary, will provide support for the services. For more
