Hypercom Corporation has released Term-Master® Suite, a software application specifically developed for large ISOs, banks, and processors to help them manage networks of 1,000 to 100,000 Hypercom dial-access terminals.
John Marshall, senior vice president of sales and marketing, Hypercom, said, "Term-Master Suite solves the two major problems found in large scale POS networks: reloading or updating thousands of terminals in a single day and reducing the data entry process for merchant profiles to a single step function."
Term-Master Suite is comprised of two modules, Request Manager and Profile Manager. Request Manager automatically manages up to 96 Hypercom terminals seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Profile Manager utilizes the standard Windows interface allowing the user complete control of their terminal profiles housed in any ODBC-compliant database.
