EBT
As you know from
previous Green Sheet articles and GSQ issues, EBT is a federally
mandated initiative to have all federal aid payments distributed
electronically by 1999. Programs include foodstamps, AFDC, and social
security. Datacap has recently added Electronic Benefits Transfer
(EBT) payments to their integrated payment-processing device,
DataTran. Buypass EBT is now certified and available to Data Tran
users.
