Shemanski, President and Chief Executive Officer of Southwest
Financial Services, Inc., has acquired the merchant servicing
contracts of Jetstream ATM, Inc., representing $66 million in annual
sales transactions.
Southwest is a
twelve-year-old sales and marketing company providing the retail
merchant community with cash management systems and services
including recurring payment collections, credit and debit card
processing and the sale, leasing and rental of transaction processing
equipment.
Jetstream ATM,
Inc. is headed by David Peterson, President and Chief Executive
