BCG Takes Up
ARMS
Bancard Consulting
Group, Inc. (BCG) has formed a strategic alliance with ARMS (Acquirer
Risk Management Solutions, Inc.) to expand its current suite of
management consulting and software development services. The two
companies will work together to market, sell, and facilitate backroom
operations support through a new program dubbed MASS (Merchant
Acquiring Support Services). The focus of this joint venture will be
on operational aspects within acquiring organizations, specifically
relating to the enrollment and ongoing support of merchant
relationships.
ARMS, founded by
Dennis Fiene, former Director of Security for Visa USA, and Everett
Whatley, a retired Special Agent with the FBI, will serve as a
third-party loss prevention company that supplies merchant acquirers
with specialized support services.
Fiene stated,
"MASS will serve as a fully functional backroom outsource for any
activity associated with bringing a merchant online and ensuring the
retention of that account through a number of mission critical
support services. The program will offer sales and marketing
assistance, application processing, credit underwriting, Virtual
Sites, merchant enrollment (including network, processor, and
terminal file builds), deployment, installation and training,
chargeback and retrieval processing, fraud monitoring/loss prevention
and 24 hour 7 days a week customer support. Bancard Consulting Group
will utilize its customer software tools for purposes of automating
these labor intensive functions and, as a result, will be able to
provide superior levels of service and cost efficiencies."
The MASS program
will target ISOs and financial institutions who are committed to
portfolio growth through a variety of sales distribution channels and
focused on customer retention. Vaden Landers, president of BCG said,
"MASS is structured on the simple basis of delivering complete
turnkey business solutions for our acquiring clientele. The program
is ëmenu based' so that each customer can utilize our products
and services to accommodate specific needs. Everyone we talk to on a
daily basis recognizes the need to utilize technology in lieu of
human resources to resolve management issues. We are aligning
ourselves with organizations who will be instrumental in the
facilitation of our business plan, and whose contributions will drive
significant value to our clients."
Bancard Consulting
Group (BCG) functions as a third party service provider within the
merchant-acquiring marketplace and markets its services, including
customizable management tools, consulting services, and acquirer
support programs, nationwide through a number of partners and
business alliances. More information about BCG can be found online at
