Ingenico appoints Olga Damiron as Chief People & Culture Officer
Paris, France, April 1, 2026. Ingenico today announced that Olga Damiron has joined the company as Chief People & Culture Officer, supporting its 3,000‑plus colleagues across 32 countries.
Olga brings over two decades of experience shaping people strategies in global, technology‑driven organizations. She is known for building supportive cultures, developing strong leaders, and helping people grow their skills and careers. At Ingenico, she will lead the People & Culture team, with a focus on talent development, leadership support, and fostering an environment where people can learn and do their best work.
Before joining Ingenico, Olga served as Chief People & Talent Officer at Vantiva (formerly Technicolor), where she helped guide the company through several major business changes while keeping people development at the center. She also held Chief People Officer roles at ESI Group and Algeco Scotsman, where she partnered closely with leadership teams to reinforce company culture and support growth.
