Recognizing companies that champion their employees, the annual list developed by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group is based on a rigorous evaluation of an assessment of publicly accessible data, discussions and interviews with HR professionals and large-scale confidential online surveys conducted among Gen Z employees from U.S. companies.
