First Data to process for AmeriMerchant's merchant cash advance program

New York, Dec. 14, 2010 -- AmeriMerchant (www.amerimerchant.com ), a leading provider of merchant cash advances since 2002, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with First Data Merchant Services Corporation (“First Data”) where First Data is an approved processor for AmeriMerchant’s merchant cash advance program. For First Data ISOs that wish to participate in AmeriMerchant’s merchant cash advance program, First Data will provide AmeriMerchant “batch splitting” services, for merchants of First Data ISOs to allow for seamless repayment to AmeriMerchant.

“We look forward to expanding our market share by now having a seamless way for First Data’s ISOs to directly sell the AmeriMerchant merchant cash advance programs to acquire new merchants as well as retain existing merchants that may have previously been solicited by other merchant cash advance providers,” says David Goldin, President & CEO of AmeriMerchant.

AmeriMerchant will be offering incentive bonuses for First Data ISOs that sign up to sell AmeriMerchant’s merchant cash advance program from now until March 31, 2011.
