SecureNet names Floyd EVP Merchant Operations

Rockville, Md., Jan. 3, 2012 -- SecureNet Payment Systems, payment processing technology provider, today announced the appointment of Joni Floyd to its executive leadership team as Executive Vice President Merchant Operations. Floyd began consulting for SecureNet in January 2012 to assist the organization in its high growth efforts and will assume her role effective December 31, 2012.

Joni Floyd brings over 30 years of experience leading fast-paced, high growth technology companies in the payments and e-commerce industries. Over her career, Floyd has been instrumental in the success of two of the nation’s Top 10 organizations in the eCommerce and payments industries.

Floyd comes to SecureNet from The Octane Group, a consulting and investment firm, where she served as Executive Vice President and engaged in advisory and investment services with early stage B2B technology and payments companies. Prior to The Octane Group, Floyd held numerous executive level operations positions, including Chief Operating Officer of TransFirst Holdings, Inc., the 9th largest payment processing organization and Affiliated Computer Services (now a Xerox company), leading the eCommerce Division.

Floyd will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations strategy, new customer implementation, onboarding, underwriting and risk management; customer support and help desk functions; and integration services for partners, merchants, and enterprise clients.
