“BHMI added the Configurable Summary feature to the Concourse Financial Software Suite so companies can leverage the power of the payments data within Concourse.” – Post this
The Concourse Financial Software Suite is an integrated collection of modular software products designed to manage back office processing for all types of electronic payments, including credit, debit, prepaid, P2P, and real-time payments. Three core fundamentals that make Concourse one of the most powerful solutions of its kind are a continuous processing architecture, a centralized data repository, and a configurable rules engine.
Because of the continuous processing architecture, Concourse continuously loads data into the centralized data repository and instantaneously summarizes all data it’s processing. The repository includes a wealth of information including valuable transaction, settlement, reconciliation, fees, and disputes data.
This new Configurable Summary feature leverages the real-time summarization capabilities in Concourse and provides companies complete flexibility in the consolidation of any data within the repository to meet specific information gathering and reporting needs. For example, companies can specify time boundaries such as daily, weekly, monthly, etc. They can also select any data attributes or fields in the Concourse repository to be part of the summary.
Custom summaries are easy to create using the Concourse configurable rules engine. The business rules dictate the time boundaries and the data being included with each summary. Once configured, Concourse consolidates the data as part of its normal processing. This data is then available for payment processing companies to use in decision-making and reporting.
“BHMI’s mission is to offer the most flexible and powerful payments back office solutions on the market,” said Susie Swenson, Concourse Product Manager. “BHMI added the Configurable Summary feature to the Concourse Financial Software Suite so companies can leverage the power of the payments data within Concourse.”
