edo Interactive strengthens team with new hires
Nashville, Tenn., July 22, 2008 -- edo Interactive announced today that it has hired Meaghan Schaefer as Chief Marketing Officer and Alex Gershman as Vice President of Product Development.
“Meaghan and Alex will bring a new perspective and level of expertise to edo Interactive,” said Ed Braswell, Chairman and CEO. “Their in-depth experience will be crucial as we continue to build on the success of our recently launched products.”
Schaefer spent ten years with Corporate Executive Board most recently as managing director of sales and marketing for the firm’s information technology and finance practices. Schaefer will be responsible for developing a network of marketing partners who will utilize edo products to reach targeted demographic groups. She will also direct strategy for card member acquisition and retention related to existing card brands while developing new card programs.
Gershman also comes to edo Interactive from CEB where he played a number of roles, most recently Director of Sales and Marketing for the company’s B2B Sales Consulting group. In his role, Alex will manage the edo Marketing Platform, bringing together our Retail Partners and our network of card members through the development and management of partners’ micro-targeted marketing campaigns
