                 en years ago, free terminals were all the
                 rage.  ISOs vied for  the  attention of  mer-
                 chant level salespeople (MLSs) by touting
        T the benefits of equipment offerings from
        the likes of Verifone, WAY Systems, Nurit, Hypercom,
        ViVOtech, Comstar, ExaDigm and more. Terminal
        leasing was challenged but remained a viable option
        in the MLS toolbox. Equipment refurbishing was also
        big business.

        Fast forward a decade, and some equipment vendors           OF A RESOURCE

        museum-ready conversation pieces. Yet some savvy

        they offer a range of mobile and cloud-based solutions
