In Memoriam Steve was beloved by all who met him and befriended so many within the
payments industry. He will truly be missed. Unabashedly proud of his children
Stephen Blaine and grandchildren, he was known as a storyteller and joker, baseball fan and
golfer, a lover of airplanes, and a guy-next-door salesman who could shoot the
                                              breeze with anyone.

By Steve Eazell He was also grateful for the gifts life had given him through his hard work,
persistence and a little bit of luck. He was an encouragement to many, and he
ComplyPact LLC always wanted his friends and family to experience and appreciate all that life
                                              had to offer.

        near Steve's family before moving
to the Palm Springs, Calif., area in
1986. There, they spent happy, hard-
        working years raising three children.
        Steve founded All Card Processing
in 1998 and enjoyed many years of
        success in the payment industry,
thanks to a network of loyal clients,
many of whom became his friends.

One of Steve's great contributions to
the payment industry was being part
of the founding team of professionals
        that started the Western States
        Acquirers Association in 2003. He
served as WSAA's first treasurer and
was a great example of integrity and
        detailed bookkeeping that helped
        launch the financial soundness of
the organization. He was also a long-
standing member of The Green Sheet
        Advisory Board.
