        Dee Karawadra, president and CEO at Impact PaySystem, said the coaching program is his favorite aspect of Impact
        Apprentice. “We can get to know each other better because of this,” he said. “We can determine their sales-related strengths
        and limitations. We then develop a plan, which we watch them carry out at our weekly meetings. It's quite satisfying."

        Dee went on to say that coaching has been the most successful aspect of the Impact Apprentice program to date. The
        once a week check-in with their coaches has been huge in helping partners prospect and close deals. Getting that 20 to
        30 minutes a week with an industry veteran has been a game changer, production wise, that allows us to invest in our
        partners and really get to know them, he said, while carving out niche markets in which partners can flourish and expand.

        The good news, Dee added, is we tailor our content delivery to your personal preferences to optimize value and pave the
        way to your success. At Impact Apprentice, our goal is to get our partners as well versed as possible, while teaching them
        the process.
