                              o far, we've covered a lot of
                              ground while celebrating this
                              month's 40th anniversary of
S The Green Sheet Inc. With
an eye for the industry's stunning evolution through
the years, our retrospective series has delved into the
ever-contentious merchant fees, the extraordinary life
of a payments transaction, the bygone era of clicks,
how this magazine has opened doors for legal learn-
ing, how old payment methods don't die so much as
co-exist with new ones, one professional's journey
        through payments, evergreen advice, perspectives
from members of The Green Sheet Advisory Board,
        and more.
This issue's lead article contains a second set of Ad-
visory Board members' answers to questions about
what attracted them to payments; how technology in-
novations have affected the industry and their com-
panies; how outside scrutiny has challenged, as well
as strengthened the industry; and advice that's likely
to stand the test of time. The first set of responses ap-
peared Sept. 11, 2023, in issue 23:09:01. We value the
industry leaders who responded to our questions,
as well as the numerous individuals who have sup- Bridge the Gap
ported our mission to empower and connect payment
professionals. It is their support, which takes many between your
forms, that has enabled us to adapt and thrive for four
        decades. advertising dollars

Keeping in mind the current and future empower- and bottom line
ment of individuals working in diverse areas of the
payments sphere, we continue to offer articles from
experts with hands-on industry experience. Inside Customized advertising campaigns
