Send, receive payments online with added value

Product: Seamless Chex
Company: Seamless Chex

Seamless Chex, a payment technology provider, enhanced its signature technology, Seamless Chex, a solution designed to simplify online check verification and acceptance. Developed in response to partner and merchant feedback, the solution can provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional credit card processing and ACH payments, according to company representatives.

Seamless Chex co-founders Evan Albert and Jon Albert launched Seamless Chex in 2012 in New York City. The brothers, who were working in merchant services, became frustrated with the tedious, time-consuming ACH underwriting process.

Speaking on behalf of the duo, Evan Albert said, "We created Seamless Chex to solve this problem and serve as a value-added solution to traditional merchant services."

He further noted that Seamless Chex capabilities complement Paynote, another solution in the company's technology suite for sending payments online. When used together, the solutions enable business owners who accept Seamless Chex online to use Paynote to issue refunds, thereby keeping customers and merchants happy and reducing chargebacks, he added.

A digital-first solution

Evan Albert noted that with cash and paper check usage in rapid decline, merchants and consumers are increasingly turning to digital alternatives to paper-based payments. Digital payment solutions provide an easier, faster, more secure way to pay for goods and services while offering multiple payment options, which helps merchants expand reach by enabling more individuals to purchase their products and services, he added.

According to the company, Seamless Chex, designed by and for ecommerce specialists, has a responsive design and user-friendly interface, and it provides full sales support to partners and their merchants via phone, online chat, Slack, Skype and SMS text messaging.

In addition, Seamless Chex continually works to improve and develop products and services to provide the latest technology. The company's technology stack includes eCheck verification, eCheck processing, credit card and ACH processing solutions.

The Seamless Chex subscription service can confirm bank account balances in real time and seamlessly integrate with payment gateways and shopping carts, Albert pointed out. Furthermore, he said, partners have flexible pricing options that fit their business models, and they can use a secure partner portal to instantly board merchants and track commission statuses.

Additional tools and resources simplify integrating shopping carts and payment gateways and configuring co-branded landing pages, he added. "Paynote allows merchants to easily send payments online via digital check," he said. "This makes it easy to send refunds to customers, vendor and contractor payments and mass payouts."

Limitless potential

Albert noted that in addition to providing same or next-day funding and instant onboarding for U.S. merchants, Seamless Chex is a cost-effective solution that provides more payment options to partners, merchants and customers with no transaction limits.

Merchants can reduce chargebacks and improve margins by accepting payments without paying interchange, he pointed out. The platform's real-time account verification and balance confirmation capabilities make Seamless Chex transactions more difficult to charge back than credit card or ACH transactions, he added.

Additional features and benefits of Seamless Chex include recurring billing, virtual terminal, hosted payments pages, signature capture, bulk file uploads and shopping cart integrations. The platform's REST API provides tools and resources to developers, who will find the technology easy to integrate into proprietary systems, Albert stated, adding that a free analysis tool can also help developers, partners and users evaluate available services and their return on investment.

"Seamless Chex offers ISOs, ISVs and their customers a great alternative to ACH payments acceptance and an additional option to accepting credit cards," Albert said. "Our partners appreciate being able to instantly board high-risk and high-ticket merchants and instill confidence while they work on getting them a credit card processing MID." end of article
