While Allpoint solves cash access needs for millions of consumers, Allpoint+ provides the full-service physical banking alternative that financial institutions have not had before, he added.
Allpoint ATMs are hosted in trusted, neutral retail locations such as grocery, convenience/fuel and big box stores, giving customers alternatives to visiting other bank branches when they need cash and their bank’s branch isn’t nearby. The additional physical endpoints that the Allpoint Network provides helps community and regional institutions better match the scale of the largest bank brands, Mackinnon affirmed.
Retailers face three common challenges: driving footfall, increasing customer loyalty, and expanding the capabilities and value they offer. The NCR Atleos Allpoint Network attracts new customers into the store to use the ATM, increasing foot traffic and revenue, McKinnon affirmed.
In addition, he added, these relationships become stickier, as the retailer can now offer a breadth of financial services, and stores can also increase staff efficiency by shifting financial services to the ATM.
