Streamline payment delivery with managed services solution
ConnexPay introduced Payment Valet, a managed services solution designed to simplify the often fragmented last mile of B2B payments. The new offering extends the company’s unified payments platform beyond processing, adding payment delivery, payee network management and supplier support services.
While many organizations have modernized how they accept and process payments, delivering funds to recipients remains complex and manual. Payment Valet addresses that gap by centralizing payment delivery into a fully managed service, ConnexPay stated.
The solution handles tasks ranging from maintaining payee preferences to issuing payments via virtual card, ACH or paper check, including automated check printing and delivery when needed, the company added.
“We kept hearing the same story: great software, growing business, payment processing that couldn’t keep pace,” said CEO Ben Peters. “Payment Valet is built from the ground up to remove that burden and deliver reliability at scale.”
The solution combines four core capabilities, described by ConnexPay as follows:
- Payee network management keeps recipient payment details current, reducing failed transactions and manual updates.
- Payment delivery fulfillment routes each payment through the preferred method of the recipient.
- Payment preference management allows payees to update their own details through white-labeled portals, easing administrative workloads.
- Payee care services provide recipient support, with ConnexPay handling inquiries and payment issues under the client’s brand.
Payment Valet is aimed at organizations where payment delivery creates operational strain. Vertical SaaS platforms in industries such as construction, property management and hospitality can add end-to-end payment capabilities without building infrastructure, ConnexPay pointed out.
Fintech providers can expand into payouts through white-label or partnership models. High-volume disbursement organizations, including insurance brokers and claims processors, gain compliance-ready payment delivery with audit trails and scalable operations, the company added
.
The launch builds on ConnexPay’s platform, which connects incoming and outgoing payments in real time to reduce working capital constraints. By extending into managed payment delivery, the company is positioning Payment Valet as a way for businesses to offload operational complexity while improving payment efficiency and reliability.
