Vaden C. Landers has been named Managing
Director, ISO Line of Business, for NDC eCommerce. In this newly created
position, Landers will be responsible for the strategic development and
support of the company’s ISO relationships.
Landers, a frequent
contributor to The Green Sheet,
was previously President and CEO of Bancard Consulting Group (BCG), a
management consulting and software development firm. All existing client
projects of BCG will be transitioned to the BCG Scottsdale office where
Bernie Cavanaugh will now serve as President and CEO. Mark Wilson, BCG
Executive Vice President and Senior Partner, will also join NDC as Account
Manager.
Landers stated, “As we
make this very prompt and swift transition into our new roles, we want to
be absolutely certain that our intentions are clear and our goals
unchanged. We are each organizations whose focus remains on the acquiring
marketplace and specifically, the many ISO channels that have been, and
will continue to be, responsible for the evolution of this industry.”
Cavanaugh has been in the
bankcard industry for 28 years holding senior management positions with
major players including Southeast Bank (now First Union), NCNB (now Bank
of America), NDC, and FNB of Maryland. For the past four years he has been
working as an industry consultant through his firm, BC Consulting. Earlier
this year BCG and BC Consulting combined their collective entities.
Thomas Dunn, COO of NDC
eCommerce said, “Through this arrangement, NDC eCommerce will offer a
comprehensive range of services to support ISOs throughout their business
lifecycle. This includes consultation for start-ups and a full range of
processing financial services such as bank sponsorship, financing working
capital needs, and acquisition of ISO portfolios and companies.”
