company, for more than 40 years. Theresa

weathered several reorganizations by the time NYCE 1989 — NYCE acquires CASHERE

1990—NYCE acquires Instabank
Their careers began at Western Savings Bank, which
became Buffalo Savings Bank, then Goldome Bank, then 1994 —New York Switch and New England Network
