Tyfone launches Loanovia, empowers CUs with modern loan servicing solutions

Wednesday, March 04, 2026 — 17:12:07 (UTC)

WASHINGTON (March 04, 2026) — Digital banking solutions provider Tyfone today announced from the Governmental Affairs Conference 2026, the formation of Loanovia, a new loan servicing and payments business unit. The new entity’s proven suite of lending solutions, Skip-A-Pay, Quick Pay and Collect, have been deployed in more than 80 applications at credit unions nationwide.

Loanovia’s flagship products are designed to help credit unions automate payment processes, reduce operational costs and elevate the member experience, all while increasing non-interest income. The solutions are digital banking agnostic, easily integrating with any digital banking platform to provide a seamless experience. The three flagship products are:

Quick Pay is a real-time, digital-banking-agnostic loan payment solution that allows account holders to pay any loan, from any device, using any payment method, including credit and debit cards, ACH, eCheck, internal accounts, and PayPal, without requiring a digital banking login. Skip-A-Pay is a fully automated, 100% self-service loan skip solution that enables members to defer a loan payment in real time, in just three easy steps, with no forms, no branch visits, and no calls required, while generating non-interest income for the credit union through skip fees.

Collect centralizes outreach, payment processing and performance reporting into a unified workflow. Institutions will gain greater visibility into delinquency trends, automate follow-ups and enable self-service repayment options, improving recovery rates while preserving positive, long-term member relationships.

Loanovia’s President, John-Ashley Paul, said, “Loanovia was established with a simple mission, make lending services easy for credit unions. We recognized that loan payments and loan skips were pain points. They were time-consuming, manual and often frustrating to the member, and the credit union. Working in collaboration with credit unions, we resolved those issues and have found the perfect balance in generating operational savings and workflow efficiencies, while providing an invaluable service. Members are empowered to pay or skip loans anytime, from anywhere on any device, without requiring a branch visit or phone call. The initial response was overwhelming positive and is a great tool for building long-term relationships and loyalty."

Most recently, Loanovia entered a strategic partnership with the Iowa Credit Union League (ICUL) to make its modern, loan servicing solutions available to a broader group of credit unions, helping credit unions reduce operating costs, improve portfolio performance and strengthen member relationships.

“At ICUL, we are committed to delivering meaningful value to our member credit unions through thoughtfully selected service offerings and strategic partnerships,” said Matt Oakley, Chief Operating Officer of the Iowa Credit Union League. “This partnership with Loanovia reflects that commitment and our continued focus on connecting credit unions with trusted providers offering innovative, proven solutions. These solutions drive efficiency, streamline processes, and strengthen member loyalty — further advancing the member-first philosophy that defines Iowa credit unions.”
