he Isis nationwide launch, a much anticipat-
ed development in the mobile wallet realm,
occurred Nov. 14, 2013, just as we were wrap-
T ping up our lead article for this issue about cur-
rent mobile wallet contenders.
In addition to discussing some of the pros and cons
of near field communication (NFC) -based Isis in our
cover story, we posted a news item about the Isis launch
under Breaking Industry News on our home page, www.
greensheet.com. It's titled "Isis launches nationally" and
contains expert opinions on the future of Isis, most of
which are optimistic. If the Isis article isn't the top story
