Seven steps for building upon data streams:

    1. Connect only the most valuable customer data across all systems and applications.
    2. Clean the data by purging inaccurate information and filling in gaps.
    3. Master the data by consolidating duplicate information into a single view.
    4. Relate the data by linking it to other relevant data points.
    5. Enrich the data with demographic, geographic, social, call log, other third party data.
    6. Deliver data to the right teams via a consistent flow to apps and analytics tools used.
    7. Govern the data by deploying secure company-wide strategies, policies and standards.
