izyPay is a payment processing company
headquartered out of West Des Moines, Iowa.
We understand that the payments industry
V can be a hard nut to crack, and we are here to
make it easy. We have set our goals on creating a platform
which can be understood by all. Making the payment
process smooth and reliable. Our mission is to empower
small business owners by offering options that other pro-
cessors won't.
What’s New:
Giving back to our small business heroes
A s the world gets into the holiday spirit, merchant level salespeople (MLSs) are getting into high gear, helping
their merchant customers prepare for high-peak selling season. Austin Mac Nab, CEO at VizyPay, praised the
small business community for their leadership and resilience during this most difficult year.
"Any business owner who starts a business risks losing it all if they don't succeed," Mac Nab said. "At VizyPay, we impact
two different kinds of entrepreneurs: merchants who set up shop and our sales partners who support merchants as they
build a residual book of business. These are the entrepreneurs we work with, day in and day out."
As he thought back to his early days in payments, when he was selling merchant services door-to-door at the age of
eighteen, Mac Nab recalled finding things that he liked about the industry and other things he quickly set out to change,
such as the following:
• Transparent pricing: The payments industry can be selfish at times, especially when it comes to transparency, Mac
Nab noted. Not all processors share details about their fee structures and revenue sharing. VizyPay posts its fees on
its website and contracts.
• Agent training and support: When it comes to technology and how we can truly help business owners and make life-
changing money, wouldn't it make sense to train MLSs and sales channel partners on your company's core technology
and service offerings? Not every ISO makes this upfront investment and this can impact the entire industry value
chain.
• Fair and honest practices: If I'm an independent contractor and I build a residual base of $10,000 to $40,000 a month,
I don't want my knees kicked out from under me because the company I'm representing decides to deplete my
residuals, Mac Nab stated. And yet, some MLSs have seen this in their careers. Merchants must also be protected from
unscrupulous business practices. VizyPay is one of the few companies that regulates its agents to prevent partners
from charging exorbitant processing rates and fees.
• Cash discounts: VizyPay excels at cash discounting, with a unique model that Mac Nab describes as a win-win
for MLSs and merchants. VizyPay's cash discount app uses proprietary technology to automate cash discounting,
thereby removing fee unpredictability and helping lower the merchant's costs, Mac Nab added.
By SMBs for SMBs
Why is VizyPay so passionate about supporting small and midsize business owners? Because the company and its
employees, channel partners and customers belong to the SMB community.
VizyPay's mission is to empower small business owners by offering options that other processors won't. We believe that
they should be able to not only understand the fees associated with credit card processing but have the option to avoid
them completely.
Our programs are customizable to fit every need and every industry so we can help businesses operate at their best.
