                      James talked about the power of telemarketing in today's marketplace, and Patti reported on the
                      acquisition of Discover by Capital One and what it means for competition.

                   •  Why every agent should be selling POS: "Selling POS is more important today than it ever was,"
                      said Dustin Magaziner, founder and CEO at PayBright. Learn what PayBright is doing to help 1099
                      agents adjust to this new reality. James followed with insights for managing a 1099 team, and Patti
                      reported on Sen. Durbin's latest doings in Washington.

                   •  Selling payment processing for B2B: "Selling payment processing for B2B requires always being on
                      the lookout for better and more streamlined solutions," said Russ Hayes, senior advisor/managing
                      partner at Pinnacle Business Products, in this week's featured interview. James continued on the B2B
                      theme, describing it as "primed" for the 1099 distribution model, and Patti reported on the escalating
                      cost of financial crime compliance.
