              BHMI mourns the passing of CEO and Co-Founder Jack T. Baldwin, PhD


                                             HMI is mourning the loss of its CEO and co-founder, Dr. Jack T. Baldwin,
                                             who passed away on July 18, 2025, after battling leukemia. A pioneering
                                             computer  scientist,  educator  and  entrepreneur,  Jack  co-founded  BHMI  in
                                   B 1986 with his wife, Dr. Lynne J. Baldwin, and colleague Michael Meeks.
                                   Under his visionary leadership, BHMI evolved into a global provider of mission-crit-
                                   ical  transaction  processing  solutions, including  the widely  used Concourse  Financial
                                   Software Suite. His career began in academia, followed by a successful stint at ACI
                                   before BHMI's founding.

             Known for his intelligence, compassion and integrity, Jack shaped BHMI’s culture of excellence. Dr. Lynne
             Baldwin, BHMI president, and Michael Meeks, CTO, will continue leading the company, committed to preserving
             Jack’s vision. Colleagues remember him as both a brilliant mind and a deeply principled individual.

             Beyond his professional achievements, Jack was a dedicated conservationist and philanthropist, supporting
             causes like The Nature Conservancy and the Nebraska Wildlife Rehab’s Baldwin Wildlife Center. His legacy will
             live on through the company he built and the many lives he impacted.
