Fragmentation tops concerns for cross-border payments

PayDo's analysis of several hundred business clients found that one in two companies overpays by as much as 20 percent on the total cost of cross-border payments because of fragmented payment infrastructure. According to the analysis, internationally trading businesses typically manage 10 to 20 payment provider relationships, with nearly one-third using five or more providers for collections alone.
